Rebecca Wood is a multi-disciplinary artist exploring relationships in the time of Hyperobjects.
Using a combination of new and archival photographic materials, traditional and alternative darkroom practices, her highly dense and layered approach to image presentation seeks to enchant us out of the patriarchal binary, and towards cyclical, fluid, interconnectedness.
Wood is an honours graduate with distinction from the Studio Arts + Art History program at the University of Guelph and holds an MFA in Documentary Media from TMU (formerly Ryerson) in Toronto, Canada. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
